People

Numerous individuals from across Canada (and some from the United States) have participated in varying degrees in the development of the CAM in UME project. The participant's level of commitment to the project's vision and goals is the foundation to its success.

Project Personnel

    Executive

As chair of the project, Marja Verhoef (PhD) at the University of Calgary oversees all aspects of the project's development, including planning, communication, funding, and publications. Dr. Verhoef is supported by the project manager, Rebecca Brundin-Mather (MASc).

    National Advisory Committee

Links with each medical school are maintained through school liaisons. Some of the school liaisons also serve as links to organizations such as the Association of Facultities of Medicine of Canada (AFMC). Together, the liaisons form the National Advisory Committee (NAC). The NAC oversees and guides the development of the project.
